"We had a full suite of tests done from water quality to whole home inspection. Ethan was amazing and walked us through every step that we had questions on and why he was marking informational things. He provided all photos he took even if they weren't a line item. His usage of the latest tech available especially helped us understand what he was talking about when showing us the thermal pictures he had taken while explaining how exhaust and insulation was working for the homes roof, as well as checking for roof leaks. I have not read a large amount home inspection reports, but the usability of the app/web ui they provide the reports in was also amazing for helping to explain clearly what was checked and seen."
