Terms and Conditions for Home Inspection Giveaway

Giveaway Details

1. Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a regular home inspection valued at $499. This prize is limited to one winner and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Vet Inspections, their families, and any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the provided form with accurate and truthful information, including the unique code. Entries with the winning code will be checked against the correct answer, and the winner will be notified immediately.

Terms and Conditions

1. Inspection Value: The $499 value of the home inspection prize applies only to the base cost of a standard home inspection. This offer does not include any add-on services such as sewer scopes, water, mold, and air quality inspections, or any other additional services provided by Vet Inspections.

2. Additional Costs: If the cost of inspecting a particular home exceeds $499, the additional cost must be covered by the winner. The $499 value can be applied towards the total fee of any home inspection provided by Vet Inspections, but any amount exceeding this value is the responsibility of the winner.

3. Service Area: This offer is valid only for home inspections within the service area of Vet Inspections. If the inspection is outside of this area, additional travel fees may apply.

4. Appointment Scheduling: The winner must schedule their home inspection with Vet Inspections within six months of winning. The inspection date and time are subject to availability.

5. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary equivalent. The prize can only be used by the individual who won the giveaway and cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Expiration: The prize must be claimed and the inspection scheduled within six months of the notification of winning. If not claimed within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability: Vet Inspections is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in this giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vet Inspections from any liability.

8. Privacy: Vet Inspections will never sell or share participants' personal information with third parties. Personal information collected during this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for other promotional purposes in accordance with Vet Inspections' privacy policy.

9. Changes and Cancellation: Vet Inspections reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

10. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
